90s Retro Rival Angels cover #3: Sun Dragon

So the comic series Rival Angels: www.rivalangels.com , which is done by my friend Alan Evans... I've done a lot of work for him in the recent years, but for those that don't know: it's a comic about women wrestling. Anyway, I did four cover pieces for him... Each one reimagining his four main characters as a 90s superhero, complete with all the tropes and nonsense from the time. (Impractical outfits, glowing appendages, oversized weapons, etc.) For comic people like me, the 90s was a special time for us. Like it or hate it... It influenced us. And it was kinda fun to play around with those old tropes. I did all these up with faux logos and banners, so these are the logo free images.

Next up, we have his character Sun Wong aka "Lil Dragon" reimagined as a mixture between Spawn and Batman: The Animated series... Both which were huge influences on me in the 90s.
